2024-2025 Tennis Clinics Notes & Policies

SESSION STARTING DATES:
1st (14/15/16 Week) Session: Monday, September 9th
2nd (16 Week) Session: Thursday, January 2nd
3rd (9 Week) Session: Monday, April 21st 

NO CLASSES:
Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 28th – Sunday, December 1st
Winter Holiday: Sunday, December 24th – Monday, January 1st
Easter: Sunday, April 20
Memorial Day Weekend: Saturday, May 19th – Monday, May 21st

NOTE: Additional days may be cancelled and rescheduled at the end of any given session

MAKE UP POLICY:
No Make-Ups Guaranteed. Only 1 Make-Up per session, by permission of Director. 24-Hour Notice of absence required.  ALL Absence Reports and Make-Up Requests Must be Made ONLINE

SNOW DAYS:
Check website Homepage, or call Club during inclement weather to find out if class has been cancelled. Snow days will be made up at the end of session.

CREDITS:
No Refunds, No Credits for any class(es) missed.
Exception: if a paying substitute is found by Club or absent/withdrawn student, a partial credit may be issued.
