Thank you for starting the camp registration process online for the Nassau Tennis Summer Camp.  To complete the application process, and receive email confirmation of actual enrollment, the following must be completed and returned for each camper:

1. Camp application Form
2. Camp Medical Information and Waiver Form
3. Payment in Full
