An experienced and respected Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness will guide you to correctly perform the most effective exercises to strengthen your core, increase mobility, elevate overall strength and endurance, as well as improve tennis, athletic and daily life performance. You’ll work your entire body using a variety of equipment including Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bands, Tubing, Sandbags, Stability Balls and your own bodyweight.
One-on-One and Semi-Private training sessions are available right here at the Nassau Tennis Club.
