Princeton Adventure Bootcamps
Princeton Adventure Boot Camp is a four week fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training – packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. 1/4 of the cost of a personal trainer and more effective, we combine personal training techniques with functional fitness, yoga and pilates. It also offers a firm foundation for performance training if you play a particular sport. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you!
Here is what its all about:
One hour every other day (during the week) for 4 weeks
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 AM, 9:30 AM or 6:30 PM
Conveniently located at Nassau Tennis Club
Dynamic instruction from Certified Fitness Trainers
- 6AM session 3 days a week for 4 weeks is now $178 Mon-WED -FRI
- 6AM session 2 days a week for 4 weeks is now $158
- 9:30 session 3 days a week for 4 weeks is now $220 MON-WEDS-FRI
- 9:30 session 2 days a week for 4 weeks is now $196
- 6:30PM session is 2 days a week only and is $158 MON-WEDS
Each camp has a ‘Big Loser’, the person who has lost the greatest percentage of body weight. This person receives a FREE Camp!
