Tennis Clinics Notes & Policies
SESSION STARTING DATES:
1st (14 Week) Session: Monday, September 10th
2nd (14 Week) Session: Monday, December 17th
3rd (10 week) Session: Monday April 1st
4th (Mini) Session: Saturday, July 13th
NO CLASSES:
Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 22nd – Sunday, November 25th
Winter Holiday: Monday, December 24th – Tuesday, January 1st
Presidents Weekend: Saturday, February 16th – Monday, February 18th
Easter Weekend: Friday, March 29th – Sunday, March 31st
Memorial Day Weekend: – Saturday, May 25th – Monday, May 27th
NOTE: Additional days may be cancelled and rescheduled at the end of any given session
MAKE UP POLICY:
No Make-Ups guaranteed. Only 1 Make-Up per session, by permission of Director. 24 hour notice required to receive a makeup. Click here to view the complete make-up policy.
SNOW DAYS:
Call Club during inclement weather to find out if class has been cancelled. Snow days will be made up at the end of session.
CREDITS:
After September 10th, Club Credit for medical reason with verification.
